Osage Nation Principal Chief Tests Positive For COVID-19

Osage Nation Principal Chief Geoffrey Standing Bear has tested positive for COVID-19.

According to Osage News, Standing Bear took a rapid test on November 2nd at the Nation's Wahzhazhe Health Center. It came back negative, but he later requested another test, which came back positive on Thursday.

Standing Bear complained of mild symptoms and told Osage News he and two Executive Branch employees will be in quarantine until November 12th.

Standing Bear said he was working with the health center's contact tracer to figure out who else might have been exposed.
