The Oklahoma State Department of Health on Thursday unveiled an online tool that tracks the prevalence of COVID-19 symptoms across the state.
Oklahomans who are showing symptoms can pick up the phone and report by calling the numbers 2-1-1 or they can report online.
Newly reported symptoms are added to a map that shows the number of symptomatic people in each area of the state. There are also multiple graphs displaying which symptoms are reported the most, symptoms by gender, age, and the change in the number of symptomatic people over time.
People who report online may also get advice such as how to schedule COVID-19 tests. The tool will allow anyone to zoom in on reported positive cases, deaths, and the number of people with symptoms in their city and zip code.
