In a blended approach, students will come back to campus in the fall, then complete the semester at home after Thanksgiving, online. While on campus, students as well as faculty and staff, will be supplied with a limited amount of PPE, including hand sanitizer and masks.
"We will require face masks, practice social distancing, significantly increase cleaning and other health measures, and take many other precautions to make the campus as safe as possible," OSU President Burns Hargis said in a written statement.
Other colleges across the state are still working on their plans for restarting, but many have vowed to come back for some in person classes this fall.
