20% of all sales at all four Boom Town locations that day will be donated to KOSU. Whether you’re in Oklahoma City or Edmond, you can enjoy a scoop of small batch ice cream AND support local and independent journalism.
In addition to the ‘KOSU Give Back Day,’ Boom Town will be offering a special treat in honor of KOSU — The Spy Signal! That’s a milkshake made with Boom Town Elemental espresso ice cream, topped with chocolate covered coffee beans.

Dope Poetry Night at the Ice Event Center Bar and Grill is every Wednesday night, hosted by PraVurb, J. Wiggins, and DJ D. Chappell. Show starts at 7:30 pm; Sign-ups begin at 7 pm, and the show begins at 8 pm. First 20 poets.

45-minute cruise along the Bricktown Canal featuring special holiday-themed performances by talented local artists aboard the Bricktown Water Taxi. in partnership with the Oklahoma Opry.

Join us for a Charles Dickens murder mystery where Jacob Marley has been murdered and one of the attendees is the murder! Scripts will be provided at the program and participants are welcome to dress up in Victorian Era garb. Refreshments, including warm drinks and seasonal pies, will be provided by the Friends of the Stillwater Public Library. Participants may also bring treats to share with others.
The game is designed by Bearded Rat Mysteries.

Grab your costumes and running shoes, the Saints Santa Run is coming to Midtown on Saturday, December 6th, 2025! Our family-friendly winter run is bringing all ages and pets to downtown Oklahoma City for a festive 5K and costume contest. It is a great way to stay active and spread cheer during the holiday season.
Participate in the 5K Run/Walk or 1-Mile Fun Run/walk and receive a commemorative Saints Santa Run t-shirt and finisher medal. All are invited to enjoy free activities like face painting and balloon art, holiday music and more at our start/finish line celebration on the SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital campus. Food and drink will be available for purchase inside SSM Health St. Anthony at Chick-fil-A and Starbucks, as well as outside at the Metro Minis food truck. Complimentary snacks will be provided for registered runners.
Be sure to bring your kiddos (ages 8 and under) for the free Kids’ Dash, taking place just before the race!
It wouldn’t be the Saints Santa Run without a costume contest! Dress up like Santa or in your most festive holiday costume for a chance to win cash prizes immediately following the race. Historic Walking TourThis downtown Oklahoma City tour combines history and architecture with past tragedy and the promise of OKC’s bright future. We’ll explore a loop of sites, including:
We start and end at The National to admire Oklahoma’s most stunning expression of Art Deco that puts Tulsa’s famous Deco architecture to shame. (Just don’t tell ’em we said that.)

The Oklahoma Territorial Museum and Carnegie Library will participate in a tour showcasing some of Guthrie’s most distinctive homes and historic buildings on Saturday, December 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors will hear tales of the early days of Oklahoma’s first capital.
Wassail will be served at the Carnegie Library to warm the hearts and hands of tour participants. Tickets are $20 and can be purchased online from the Guthrie Territorial Christmas Foundation. Tickets can also be purchased in person on Monday, December 2, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Guthrie City Hall. Pre-purchased tickets are nonrefundable.
