Chelsey O. was the co-host of Grand Union Radio, a hip-hop show on The Spy, from 2017 to 2023.

Chelsey O. is a music and marketing guru based out of Dallas, Texas. She made her mark on the music scene through photojournalism in her early teens, capturing photos for artists and labels. Her most recent track record includes relaunching prominent music venues in the historical Deep Ellum district in Dallas, Texas.

Chelsey O. and Jabee began producing concerts and events around the Oklahoma City area together in 2015. From then on the dynamic duo took over the airwaves as an expansion of the creative group, Grand Union Media.
