Teen Self-Defense with Stillwater Martial Arts
“Teen Self-Defense” will be held at the Stillwater Public Library on Friday, Apr. 26, from 5:30-6:30 PM. Learn the art of self-defense with this class as teens in grades 6-12 in Payne County will learn to be verbally assertive in setting boundaries and avoiding physical confrontations. Attendees will learn about various grabs and holds for self-protection while protecting others. The SPL Friends of the Library will also provide free water and healthy snacks for teens following the program.
