Wisconsin Primary a Last Stand for Some?

Howard Dean says Wisconsin's Feb. 17 primary is critical for his campaign, although earlier this week he said he will not drop out if he loses in the state. Wisconsin's open primary system allows voters to cross party lines to participate, but it's unclear whether that will help rivals of frontrunner Sen. John Kerry.
