Oklahoma County Judge Brent Dishman tossed Rep. Andy Fugate’s lawsuit against Gov. Kevin Stitt Monday, saying the Del City Democrat lacks standing to sue the governor over his order mandating state employees cease all virtual work and return to their offices.
