The seven-time Super Bowl champion purchased a minority stake in the Las Vegas Raiders, a deal unanimously approved by NFL team owners at the league's annual fall meeting.

Gruden resigned as head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders after news outlets reported on offensive emails he sent when he worked at ESPN. He has accused the NFL of leaking the emails.

Former Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden filed a lawsuit against the NFL, accusing the league and its commissioner of trying to destroy his career using a "malicious and orchestrated campaign."

Prosecutors say Ruggs was driving under the influence of alcohol at 156 mph when he slammed into a Toyota Rav4, killing a 23-year-old woman. If convicted, he could face as much as 50 years in prison.

"It is further evidence that the league is just corrupt on a larger scale than we can even begin to imagine," said Melanie Coburn, a former cheerleader for the Washington Football Team.

In emails dating back to 2011, Gruden reportedly used racist, misogynistic and homophobic terms. The messages emerged in an investigation of the Washington Football Club.

When the Las Vegas Raiders start their NFL season, the team wants its home stadium to look as normal as possible, with stands full of fans. Those who been vaccinated won't have to wear masks.

The Oakland Raiders will no longer be the Oakland Raiders. The team will be moving to Las Vegas, and fans are feeling jilted, again.

"I can't forgive this," St. Louis native Andy Cohen says on his Bravo show, noting that St. Louis recently topped The Wall Street Journal's list of America's top sports cities.

The NFL will be returning to LA for the first time in two decades. The vote, however, left a third applicant — the Oakland Raiders — out of the deal.
