Copenhagen's chief police inspector said there was no indication that anyone helped the gunman, identified as a 22-year-old Dane.

A 22-year-old suspect was arrested after the shooting at the Field's shopping mall in Denmark's capital. Police said the victims included a man in his 40s and two young people.

"The work is that I have taken their money," artist Jens Haaning said of his new piece. The commissioning museum in Denmark isn't satisfied with his explanation but is displaying the work nonetheless.

The Danish Health Authority said it will continue its vaccination campaign without the shot made by AstraZeneca, but said its benefits outweigh the risks for those who do get it.

Denmark says security in Syria has improved enough for some refugees to go back. "The words 'to send us back to Syria' means to destroy our lives," says a Syrian whose residence permit was revoked.
