Credit Card Forfeiture, New Laws and Upcoming Primaries

This Week in Oklahoma Politics, KOSU's Michael Cross talks with ACLU Oklahoma Executive Director Ryan Kiesel and Republican Political Consultant Neva Hill about a new practice by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol to seize funds off of credit, debit and pre-paid cards, new measures signed into law by Governor Fallin and new state questions going to voters to deal with overcrowding in state prison.

The trio also discusses the upcoming primaries where 32 state lawmakers and all five U.S. House members from Oklahoma face opponents from within their own party and the Tulsa Chamber of Commerce reports negative stories cost Oklahoma nearly $60M in bad advertising.
