A celebration of table top gaming is returning to Oklahoma City this weekend.
Token Con’s second year is taking place this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Wyndham Hotel on South Meridian Avenue.
Creator Mike Dattalo says a third day was added to the schedule to allow gamers to play all night long on Friday and Saturday.
“The library will close at 10pm, or whatever, you can’t checkout games, but you can keep any games you’ve checked out and play them all night. And, there will be events running, like, we got “Token Con after dark” that doesn’t even start until 10pm and runs until who-knows-when in the bar area.”
The event begins at two o-clock Friday afternoon and includes board games, social games, role-playing games as well as panels, vendors and tournaments.
Token Con 2019 ends with an awards show and ceremony Sunday at five o-clock.
