On Wednesday, Oklahoma State senior associate athletic director Kevin Klintworth tweeted that three student-athletes have tested positive for COVID-19.
For the record: @OSUAthletics has tested over 150 staff/admins/student-athletes with 3 asymptomatic positives. All by SAs. Positives were expected and the plan for that scenario has been activated. We will be as forthcoming as possible on the covid issues. #okstate

OSU football player Amen Ogbongbemiga confirmed via Twitter Tuesday that he has tested positive for COVID-19. The OSU defensive MVP and second-team All-Big 12 linebacker said he tested positive after attending a protest in Tulsa, but it's not clear if he contracted the coronavirus there.
ESPN reports Ogbongbemiga was one of 30 players to return to campus on Monday. All players, coaches and staff members were tested for the coronavirus.
University protocol calls for those testing positive to quarantine in separate on-campus housing, follow health guidelines, and be monitored by the team physician. The school will also begin contact tracing.
OSU is preparing players for a June 15 return to voluntary football workouts.
In May, OSU head football coach Mike Gundy drew criticism for wanting to bring players back by May 1.
"They're all in good shape," Gundy said. "They're all 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22-year-olds. They're healthy. A lot of them can fight it off with their natural body, the antibodies and the build that they have."
