Oklahoma Sees New Highs In Single-Day Coronavirus Cases, Active Cases

Oklahoma recorded another new high in a single-day increase of coronavirus cases and active cases on Saturday.

The record-high increase of 1,829 new cases of COVID-19 brings the state's today since March to 115,685 positive.
Oklahoma health officials report deaths due to the virus increased by 11, bringing the state's death toll to 1,245. Further details were not released.

Oklahoma has reported 9,182 new cases and 77 deaths due to the coronavirus in the past seven days, an average of 1,312 cases and 11 deaths per day.

924 Oklahomans are currently hospitalized as either confirmed positive COVID-19 cases or under investigation for the virus, while 305 COVID patients are in ICUs.

There are a record-high of 15,740 active cases in the state.
