Oklahoma Sees New Highs In Average Daily Coronavirus Cases, Active Cases

Oklahoma recorded new highs on Sunday in average daily coronavirus cases and active cases.

State health officials report new cases of COVID-19 increased by 1,348, with a total of 116,736 positive cases since March.
Four new deaths were reported, as the state's death toll rose to 1,249. No further details were released.

*Note: weekend reporting of cases and deaths is typically very low compared to weekdays.

Oklahoma has reported 9,734 new cases and 78 deaths due to the coronavirus in the past seven days, a record high average of 1,391 cases to go with 11 deaths per day.

There are a record-high of 15,946 active cases in the state.
