Oklahoma Reports 13 Deaths, 6,257 COVID-19 Cases In Combined Post-Thanksgiving Report

NOTE: Saturday's report includes data from both Friday and Saturday. This is fallout from the state Department of Health not reporting new COVID data on Thursday, due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Friday's report was for for Thursday's data.

Oklahoma health officials reported 13 new deaths on Saturday for a total of 1,717 deaths since March. No further details were released.
6,257 new cases of the coronavirus were also reported. Oklahoma has seen a total of 193,824 positive cases since March.

In the past seven days, Oklahoma has reported 22,900 new cases and 93 deaths due to the coronavirus. That's an average of 3,271 cases per day and 13 deaths per day.

159,894 people — more than 82 percent of the total cases — have since been classified as having recovered from the virus.

There are 32,213 active cases in the state.
