New COVID-19 Cases Increase By 186 In Oklahoma

New cases of COVID-19 in Oklahoma have increased by 186 in the past 24 hours.
State health officials confirm total positive cases of the coronavirus now stand at 8,417, more than a two percent increase in total reported cases.

No new deaths due to COVID-19 were reported on Monday, as the state's death toll stays flat at 359.

*Note: weekend reporting of cases and deaths is typically very low compared to weekdays.

Oklahoma has totaled 1,212 new cases of the coronavirus in the past seven days, an average of 173 per day.

Nearly halfway through June, Oklahoma has seen 1,911 new coronavirus cases this month. That's 69% of the number of total cases the state saw in May (2,758) and 65% of the number of total cases it saw in April (2,899).
