Landowners Along Southern Border Sue Trump Over National Emergency Declaration

Sixteen states are suing the Trump administration over the declaration of a national emergency to build a border wall. Another lawsuit involves landowners who own property along the U.S.-Mexico border. We speak with Yvette Gaytan, of La Rosita, Texas, who owns property there.
