29 Positive COVID-19 Cases Confirmed In Oklahoma

The Oklahoma State Department of Health reports there are now 29 positive cases of COVID-19 in the state.

Those numbers include 1 child aged four or younger, 13 cases of people aged 18 to 49, 10 cases for those aged 50 to 64 - and 5 cases for people aged 65 and older.

The positive cases of COVID-19 are in 8 Oklahoma counties - including Oklahoma, Tulsa, Cleveland, Canadian, Payne, Pawnee, Kay and Jackson.

There have also been 378 cases that tested negative. Oklahoma’s health agency recommends daycares and childcare centers remain open - and increase sanitization practices and provide hygiene protocols to children and employees.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports all 50 states have cases of coronavirus, with more than 7,000 total cases and 97 total deaths.
