11 New Deaths, 1,063 New COVID-19 Cases In Oklahoma

Oklahoma health officials reported 11 new deaths on Thursday, bringing the state's total to 981. No further details were provided.
There were also 1,063 new cases of COVID-19 reported. The state has seen a total of 81,244 positive cases since March.

Oklahoma has reported 7,906 new cases and 49 deaths due to the coronavirus in the past seven days, an average of 1,129 cases and seven deaths per day.

67,807 people — more than 83 percent of the total cases — have since been classified as having recovered from the virus. 593 Oklahomans are currently hospitalized as either confirmed positive COVID-19 cases or under investigation for the virus.

There are 12,456 active cases in the state. Oklahoma County has the most active cases with 2,287, followed by Tulsa County with 1,410, Cleveland County with 876, Woodward County with 847, Canadian County with 363, Payne County with 343, Garfield County with 330, Craig County with 312, Grady County with 307, Rogers County with 287, Pottawatomie County with 256, Cherokee County with 230, Muskogee County with 221, Pittsburg County with 204, Custer County with 195, Beckham County with 192, LeFlore County with 191, Bryan County with 183, Comanche County with 179, Sequoyah County with 153, McCurtain County with 148, Texas County with 147, Creek County with 142, McClain County with 143, Wagoner County with 135, Kay County with 132, Adair County with 128, Mayes County with 122, Okmulgee County with 116, Ottawa County with 113, Caddo County with 108 and Stephens County with 103.
