This Week in Oklahoma Politics, KOSU's Michael Cross talks with Republican Political Consultant Neva Hill and ACLU Oklahoma Executive Director Ryan Kiesel about State Question 776 to enshrine all forms of executions into the Oklahoma constitution, Attorney General Scott Pruitt joining in support to reform the practice by police of seizing property and cash upon arrest and Oklahoma joining with 20 other states in opposition to a new federal rule on overtime pay for salaried employees.

The trio also discusses a fund raiser for Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton by the ex-wife of Harold Hamm less than a week after Hamm held a fundraiser for Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump and a look at the upcoming debate by Clinton and Trump.

Neva Hill has been a political commentator for KOSU since 1998.
Ryan Kiesel is a civil rights attorney and political consultant.
