Third-Party Candidates Will Call for Ohio Recount

Two third-party candidates in Ohio are more concerned about the ballot counting process than the outcome of the election. They say there's no way to check the accuracy of electronic voting. So, in December, they'll ask for a recount. NPR's Pam Fessler reports.
