KOSU will air the ABC News Presidential Debate Simulcast from NPR tonight at 8 p.m.

The 2004 Election and the U.S. Supreme Court

The upcoming presidential election could shape the Supreme Court for years to come. A closely divided court may be drastically changed if the three justices considering retirement step down. NPR's Tony Cox speaks with two men who have significant experience before the high court: Former Whitewater special prosecutor Ken Starr, now dean of the Pepperdine University School of Law, and Georgetown University professor Peter Rubin.
