Bringing Foreign Election Monitors to the U.S.

The Congressional Black Caucus has pushed for the United Nations to monitor the presidential race to avoid a repeat of the problems that plagued Florida in 2000. Instead, the Bush administration has turned to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe to monitor the November vote. NPR's Tony Cox speaks with Rep. Corrine Brown of Florida and Tufts University international security professor Robert Pfaltzgraff. We also get an update on election improvements from Buddy Johnson, an elections supervisor in Tampa, Fla.
