It's Throwback Thursday on the Oklahoma Music Minute. Jimmy Karstein (Tulsa) died on March 27th at the age of 78. The drummer toured and recorded with Joe Cocker, Gary Lewis and the Playboys and more, but he's probably best known for his decades-long work with JJ Cale. Find out more about his career here. Here Karstein is on JJ Cale's 1973 version of "Going Down."
