Rain Keeps Falling In Oklahoma As State's Levees Are Tested

The First Baptist Church in Warner, Oklahoma is serving as a donation center for folks who were forced to flee from the floodwaters. Most are coming from nearby Webbers Falls, which is almost entirely underwater, according to its mayor.

A surge of floodwater is moving from Oklahoma and into Arkansas. The rain has been relentless the past month and swollen rivers and tributaries are overwhelming some cities.
