20 New Deaths, 1,041 New COVID-19 Cases In Oklahoma

After a several hour reporting delay, Oklahoma health officials reported 20 new deaths due to COVID-19 on Thursday, bringing the state's total to 1,306. No further details were released.

There were also 1,041 new cases of the virus reported. The state has seen a total of 120,193 positive cases since March.

Oklahoma has reported 8,007 new cases and 85 deaths due to the coronavirus in the past seven days, an average of 1,144 cases and 12 deaths per day.

As of Wednesday evening, 874 people were hospitalized for the virus.

103,919 people — more than 86 percent of the total cases — have since been classified as having recovered from the virus.

There are 14,968 active cases in the state.
