Calif. Voters Fund Stem Cell Research

California voters Tuesday passed a ballot measure that will provide $3 billion for research on embryonic stem cells. The approval of Proposition 71 is in part a reaction to restrictions imposed on the research by President Bush. Hear NPR's Joe Palca.
