Art Exhibition at the OSU Museum of Art - "Recent Acquisitions: From 2019-2021"
The newest exhibition at the OSU Museum of Art in Downtown Stillwater highlights 22 works of art acquired by the museum from 2019 to 2021. Chosen by our collections manager, these pieces expand the museum’s holding to over 6,000 objects. Visitors to the exhibition will find a range of artworks, from famed New Yorker illustrator and cartoonist Saul Steinberg to Western landscape artist Wilson Hurley, whose impressive paintings can be seen at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum in Oklahoma City. Also featured in this show are a handful of celebrity photographs, including a melodramatic 1930s Greta Garbo taken by Golden Age Hollywood photographer Clarence Sinclair Bull.
Admission is FREE!
