Small acts of joy benefit everyone involved

People who set aside a few minutes daily to do something nice for someone else can significantly improve their well-being. That’s the latest finding from researchers at the Greater Good Science Center at the University of California Berkeley. Micro acts of joy can improve people’s mood and bring joy and happiness.
