Join KOSU for StoryCorps' One Small Step virtual event on Nov. 16

Earlier this year, KOSU began asking Oklahomans one simple question: Do you believe we have more in common than what divides us?

So far, we've had more than 100 Oklahomans sign-up to participate in a project that pairs strangers with different political leanings to connect for a simple, personal, 50-minute conversation — and we want to share with you what we've found.

Join KOSU's Kateleigh Mills and Matthew Viriyapah for a virtual event on Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. During the event, you will hear some audio from One Small Step conversations and learn from local participants what the experience was like. We will also share how you can have these types of conversations in your own community.

  • RSVP below or via this link, and we'll send an event link to your email. Add your address, and we'll send you a StoryCorps sticker!
