FCC Approves Merger of Comcast, AT&T Broadband

The Federal Communications Commission clears the way for the creation of the nation's largest cable TV company. The marriage of Comcast and AT&T's broadband unit will have 27 million subscribers and control roughly 40 percent of the cable market. NPR's Jack Speer reports.
