Student Workers Kelly Burley Director Kelly Burley joined Oklahoma Public Radio KOSU as Director in September 2007. Burley returns to public radio after more than four years as Associate State Director for AARP Oklahoma. Burley first joined KOSU in 1990, first as a reporter, then news director and eventually program director. During that time, he won three Edward R. Murrow awards from the Radio Television News Directors Association, the National Journalism Award from the Scripps Howard Foundation, and two national awards from Public Radio News Directors, Inc. Kelly lives in Stillwater with his wife, Lisa, and their children, Clint and Kara. Rachel Hubbard Dan Schroeder Dan Schroeder is in charge of installing and maintaining all the hardware and software at the KOSU studios on the OSU campus and the transmitter facilities of the Oklahoma Public Radio network. Schroeder has been involved with the technical supervision and architecture of KOSU since 1975. His technical skills and expertise help to ensure quality broadcast signals. He was one of the leaders in developing the technical structure and architecture of the KOSU expansion in 1991. In 1997, Schroeder successfully implemented the transition from analogue operations via the AudioVault digital audio automation system. The system allows operation of the station without control room personnel. It reduced overhead, improved audio quality and replaced outdated production equipment. Schroeder is a critical resource for the station with the expertise and experience to lead KOSU from a single station operation to a statewide interconnected network. He has decades of developing critical Oklahoma contacts and consultants to assist with the development of the expansion project. Schroeder is a graduate of Oklahoma State University receiving both bachelor's & master's degrees. Hannah Barbara Fulton During her 25 years at Oklahoma State University, she
has been a member of a variety of academic, cooperative extension, and
administrative teams ranging from business, agriculture, human and
